The weekly rent and service charges will vary depending upon the sheltered housing scheme. Below is a guide to show the approximate rent and service charge costs.

How do I apply?

We advertise our sheltered housing schemes through Under One Roof, the choice based lettings system in St Helens. For further information or an application form, please contact Under One Roof on 01744 63 63 63.

Once you have completed an application form, you will be contacted by one of our specialist Advice and Support Officers. They will provide you with the professional advice and support about your individual needs and about services for older people. If you apply for sheltered housing accomodation with a Scheme Manager Service in place, an assessment of your needs will be completed when you view the accomodation.
