Am I eligible?

Our sheltered housing schemes are aimed at people who are aged 55 and over and provide various levels of support for residents. Our sheltered housing schemes are split into two categories:

Category 1

These schemes are equipped with a call system which means that in an emergency you can call for help at any time of the day or night. This service is provided by Astraline and you can find out more about them by clicking here.

Category 2

These schemes also have the Astraline call system, but in addition to this they also have the service of a Scheme Manager who can provide advice, support and help to residents.

When you first make your application for sheltered housing you will be assessed in order to determine whether sheltered housing is right for you and if so, which category of housing would best suit your individual needs.
