Am I eligible?

Our sheltered housing schemes are aimed at people who are aged 55 and over and provide various levels of support for residents. Our sheltered housing schemes are known as Specialist Accomodation for Older People and cover the following options:

55 Plus with Emergency Alarm Equipment (formerly Cat 1)

These properties are mainly 1 and 2 bedroom bungalows, with a few avilable flats.

55 Plus with Scheme Manager Service (formerly Cat 2)

These properties are a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom flats and bungalows.

If you have applied for sheltered accomodation with a Scheme Manager Service in place, an assessment of your needs will be completed when you view the accomodation.
