Further to our update yesterday afternoon, the decision has been made to keep our neighbourhood offices closed to the public until further notice due to very slippery footpaths leading to the office entrances. Our neighborhood teams will still be contactable via our One Call service.
Our One Call telephone service (01744 63 73 83) will continue to be
available 24 hours a day.
We are now offering a normal repairs service to our customers but this is subject to some level of disruption because of the continuing poor weather conditions. We will continue to give priority to emergency situations and to elderly and vulnerable customers.
We would like to thank our customers for the patience they have shown over the past few days and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
The weather and conditions will be reviewed regularly and customers and staff should continue to check our website for further updates.
