Helena services will resume on Thursday 7th January.
Our neighbourhood offices will re-open at 9am.
Our One Call telephone service (01744 63 73 83) will continue to be
available 24 hours a day.
Because of the continuing extreme weather conditions, we are only able to
deal with emergency repairs and priority will be given to elderly and
vulnerable customers.
We would like to thank our customers for the patience they have shown over the past few days and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Helena staff should return to work ready to carry out normal duties from 9am on Thursday 7th January.
The weather and conditions will be reviewed regularly and customers and staff should continue to check our website for further updates.
