Introducing Helena Central

When we became Helena Partnerships in 2008 we pledged to develop a centrally located office which would become a one stop shop and meeting place for residents. Fast forward three years and we are pleased to announce that our brand new office, Helena Central, is open.

Situated on the former site of St Helens Glass and in sight of the new Saints stadium, Helena Central is a new local landmark in the town.

The local economy is also set to benefit from our move to Helena Central. As well as investing £7 million into the development itself, local business will receive a boost in terms of a revived lunchtime trade and more people coming into the town centre on weekdays.

The location we have chosen and the design and features of the building have all been carefully thought through. The new office is modern and environmentally-friendly, meeting high standards for best practice in sustainable design and environmental performance. This backs up our plans to become a 'greener' business. More importantly Helena Central provides a fantastic 21st century working environment for our teams as well as a modern, comfortable and accessible contact point for tenants and local people.

Our large resource centre can be used for meetings and events by local people free of charge. We will advertise this facility to groups that we work with in early 2012 once we have fully settled into the building.

When you visit Helena Central we will try to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible.

A member of our team might approach you to check why you are visiting. If they can't help you there and then they will ask you to take a seat and get a member of staff who can deal with your enquiry. While you are waiting you can take advantage of the free drinks and computers on offer in the public area.

Helena Central will be open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The location of the building really does live up to its name - Helena Central.

It has great transport links, backing onto St Helens Central railway station and located just a few minutes by foot from the bus station and the town centre. St Helens Retail Park, the new Saints Stadium and Tesco Superstore and Fingerpost are all in sight of Helena Central. Situated just off the main Linkway, it's even easy to access Helena Central by road.

We have a small number of disabled parking bays at the front of Helena Central. If you are visiting Helena Central by car, there is a range of public car parks close by.
